Mission

The South Central Neighborhood Association works together and builds strong relationships with our neighbors and community partners to create a vibrant, welcoming, and sustainable community for everyone.

Goals

Community Building: Building a sense of community among residents through social events, cultural activities, and other initiatives that foster social connections and neighborly relationships.
Advocacy: Advocating for the needs of the community to local government and other stakeholders, including advocating for improved infrastructure, services, and resources.
Safety and Security: Encouraging and supporting initiatives to promote safety in the neighborhood, such as neighborhood watch programs and other crime prevention efforts.
Community Engagement: Engaging residents in the decision-making process for local issues and providing opportunities for residents to participate in community improvement projects.
Quality of Life: Working to improve the quality of life for residents through initiatives that address environmental issues, public health concerns, and other quality of life issues.
